Mr Kiyoshi Kamikawa

Managing Director in Pulpwood, Pulp & Recovered Paper Division, Japan Paper Association.

Graduated from University of Tokyo in 1977. Joined Forestry Agency of the Government of Japan in the same year. Served in various Departments and Organizations such as Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Department of Construction and Department of the Environment. Took positions including Director of Conservation Division and Director General of Forest Training Institute of Forestry Agency. After 29 years of public service, joined Japan Paper Association in 2006. Responsible for raw materials ( woodchip ,pulp and recovered paper)
