Degree in Marine Transportation. 1985: Certified in Chartering under SUNY Maritime College / ASBA program. 2006: IMD Risk Management Training - Lausanne Switzerland.
1982: Joined NYK Line (NYC Branch Office) May 19th, as Assistant Mgr Tramp Operations (PCC and Bulk vessels).
1984 Expanded Duties to include broker for reefer business in USA. 1986-1988 was NYK representative on management committees dealing with ILA Labor matters. 1989 Named Manager of Tramp Group - NY Branch Office. 1989 Started NYK Bulkship (USA) Inc with over sight of PCC & Bulk matters. 1990 Established independent drybulk business activities for NYK Bulkship (USA) Inc. own profit / loss. 1995 Named General Manager of Bulk Division. 2005: Named as Vice President of NYK Bulkship (USA) Inc. 2006: Named as President of NYK Bulkship (USA) Inc. 2007: July 1st named as Senior Executive Officer & Board Member of NYK Bulkship (Atlantic) NV
