Conference Registration Fee Includes: participation at all presentations, coffee breaks and lunches and reception. Hotel accommodations are not included.

The official language of the congress will be English, but there will be simultaneous translation from Portuguese to English and from English to Portuguese at no extra charge.

Alternatives For Payment

The International Pulpwood Resource and Trade Conference offers 2 alternatives for payment: bank transfer or credit card (by fax form).

Once you proceed to the registration form, you will be displayed the Conference Fees and the payment instructions.

Cancellation and Refunds

90% refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before January 30th, 2010.
50% refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before March 1st, 2010.
Fees will not be refunded if notification of cancellation is received March 1st, 2010 or after or in case of no-show.
Substitutions are allowed at any time.
