Conference Registration Fees

Conference Registration Fee Includes: attendance to all presentations, coffee breaks and lunches and night reception Cocktail. Hotel accomodations are not included.

Field Trip prices will be soon posted on this page, and registered participants will be notified by email.

The official language of the congress will be English, but there will be simultaneous translation from Portuguese to English and from English to Portuguese at no extra charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

90% refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before January 30th, 2010.
50% refund of the registration fee with written notification of cancellation received before March 1st, 2010.
Fees will not be refunded if notification of cancellation is received March 1st, 2010 or after or in case of no-show.
Substitutions are allowed at any time.
